The concept
Doopys was born in Gandia in 2019 with a simple idea: bring authentic Taiwanese bubble tea, made to order, to a modern and fun space. Today we run two of our own stores, on Calle Mayor 63 (Gandia) and in the Portal de la Marina shopping centre (Ondara), and we keep growing: new stores are opening very soon.
An experience, not just a drink
At Doopys you don’t just order a drink: you create it. Our bubble tea is made to order, with tapioca pearls cooked fresh every day and popping boba, and every customer chooses their base, flavours and toppings to make it just the way they like it.
The menu also includes matcha, taro and drinks with lactose-free, soy, oat or coconut milk; bubble waffles and crêpes made with fresh batter every day; Greek frozen yoghurt and soft-serve ice cream, and coffee for any time of day.

How it works

- First meeting: we get to know your project and the city where you want to open.
- Confidentiality: if we move forward, we sign a confidentiality agreement so we can progress seriously.
- Location: we give you the pre-contractual information and find the best premises together.
- Opening: we carry out the pre-operation phase and train your team, and open your Doopys.

Do I need hospitality experience?
Before opening, we train you and your team in products, preparation and customer service, so you don’t start from scratch. On our first call we look at your profile and your project together.
What does the franchise include?

Do I have to buy products from Doopys?
Yes. We distribute our own ingredients (tapioca, syrups, teas and popping boba) so every Doopys serves the same products as our own stores.
Do I need to have premises already?
No. If you don’t have them yet, we study the location together before signing.
Where does a Doopys work best?
In shopping centres, high streets and tourist areas with lots of footfall. The 8-language self-order kiosks are a big help in tourist areas.
What happens after I send the form?
We email you the franchise pack and call you to learn about your project and your area.
